Lighthouse Construction, Inc. has begun work on Bid Document Development for the new Dover Federal Credit Union Branch located off of route 40 in New Castle County.  This facility will be the first of the new prototype for the Dover Federal Credit Union.  Lighthouse Construction will be providing Construction Management Services working with Becker Morgan Group on the design.
