 Lighthouse Construction Inc. has begun a 1,500 S.F. interior fit-out of the Brewers Cellar at the Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, DE. The fit-out will provide support for the 6 exterior tanks that were installed this past spring. The Brewers Cellar will also house a brand new CIP System to support the exterior tanks. A unique feature is the installation of LED lighting for the Cellar's area as opposed to the traditional standard metal halide fixture used.
