Residence Inn by Marriott
NDH LLC retained the services of Lighthouse Construction to provide Construction Management Services for the design and construction of the Residence Inn by Marriot located in Dover. Lighthouse Construction worked with local regulatory aagencies to obtain all of the required aprovals and permits. Lighthouse Construction was also tasked to coordinate the Infusion Prototype change during mid construction, causing extensive coordinate with Marriot International to ensure a seamless transition.
Upon receipt of the permits and after the award of contracts, Lighthouse Construction provided on-site supervision to coordinate the direction of work and progress of contractors. Our scope also included material procurement from local and interational suppliers utilizing the latest technologies.
