They have spent countless hours gathering information from the internet and published sources. We encourage you to bring any photos you have collected to the initial meeting. Lighthouse Construction, Inc. can offer you our in-house design services which allows you to put together the puzzle pieces of ideas and dreams that you're new home will encompass. This process, we believe offers you the ability not to purchase a new home, but to design building and ultimately live in your home. Once we have designed your dream home we will provide you with a detailed proposal for construction.

During the construction process your home will be assigned a specific project manager and site superintendent. Numerous design meetings will take place to review and discuss exterior and internal finishes. Additionally site meetings will review electrical layouts, cabinet layouts and general details. We encourage each of our clients to visit the site throughout the building process. The interaction onsite allows all parties to visualize the final product, determining details allow our team of contractors to meet your expectations.
