Sea ColonyLighthouse Construction, Inc. recently completed a complete interior remodel of a Penthouse Condo located in Sea Colony, Bethany Beach, DE. The upgrade included new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new oak treads on an existing spiral stair to compliment the new oak handrail installed on the loft, tile floors throughout, new plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and bathroom accessories in each of the bathrooms. Lighthouse also provided drywall touch-up so with all finished and the last coat of paint drying the Condo truly had a brand new look.
