Super 8 Dover

Lighthouse Construction, Inc. provided facilities assessment, design services, budget services, and management of onsite construction for the Dover Super 8 Motel. Formally the Lakeside Inn, Lighthouse provided Construction Services to the new Owners to ensure a seamless upgrade and transition to Dover’s new Super 8 Motel. The project consisted of razing a portion of the existing hotel room, 54 Room Remodel, and numerous Facility improvements.
